Faith & Policy

Through the work of the Faith and Policy Unit, we promote the development of prayer and spiritual growth of our members in various ways.

A daily prayer diary upholds all our work.

An Emergency Prayer Chain enables us to pray for people in times of specific need.

Day Retreats are held in the Spring and Advent and are well attended.

Quiet Hours are held each autumn at four different venues.

Deanery Festival Services provide a wonderful opportunity for -fellowship between local branches.

A monthly service of Holy Eucharist is held lunchtime in St Mary's Swansea and Brecon Cathedral. Members participate by reading lessons and leading the Midday prayers.

The Annual Festival held in the Cathedral, enables members from all over the diocese to meet together for worship and fellowship.

All this day, O Lord, let me touch as many lives as possible for thee; and every life I touch, do thou by thy Spirit quicken, whether by the word I speak, the prayer I breathe, or the life I live. Amen.
